(Fast Track to General Manager – Plant Operations)

We are looking for a Plant Operations & Maintenance Trainee to join our leadership pipeline. This role begins with a 2-month fast-track training program under senior management and is designed to prepare the candidate for a Manager / Assistant General Manager – Plant Operations role, leading toward eventual General Manager responsibilities.
Training Overview (First 2 Months):
During the initial training phase, the candidate will:

Work directly under the plant head and senior management to learn end-to-end factory operations.

Gain hands-on exposure to preventive and corrective maintenance of key machinery.

Understand supply chain coordination, vendor management, and utility systems.

Participate in process improvement projects and report directly to senior leadership.

Be assessed on problem-solving ability, reliability, and leadership potential for long-term advancement.
Post-Training Role:
Upon successful completion of the training program, the candidate will:

Oversee day-to-day maintenance and operational efficiency of the plant.

Coordinate across production, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless workflow.

Supervise maintenance staff and external contractors.

Monitor energy use, downtime, and safety compliance across all plant systems.

Support machinery upgrades, expansions, and modernization projects.

Report directly to senior management and play an active role in decision-making.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

MBA (Operations, Industrial Management, or General Management) from a recognized institution.

1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or plant operations (steel/metal background preferred but not mandatory).

Strong leadership potential, problem-solving skills, and hands-on approach to work.

Must have or be willing to establish primary residence in Faridabad for the long term.

Long-term commitment of 5–10 years with a growth mindset toward senior leadership.
