What You’ll Do

• Coordinate material inflow and manage raw material logistics

• Assist in daily production planning and monitor execution across shifts

• Oversee raw material handling through various machinery

• Ensure quality control standards are met during and after production

• Manage dispatch operations and maintain shipment accuracy

• Track and manage stock levels, helping to maintain real-time inventory accuracy

What We're Looking For

• MBA graduates from reputable business schools with a minimum 80% academic score

• Strong interest in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or production planning

• A solid grasp of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data tracking) and PowerPoint (for reporting and updates)

• Comfort working in 12-hour shifts (either day or night) in a factory setting

• Basic knowledge of the steel industry or materials-based production

• Clear communication and coordination skills across departments

• A proactive mindset with a strong eye for problem-solving and operational accuracy

• Eagerness to learn on the job and take on leadership responsibilities over time
